Our classes are for all ages, body types, 
fitness levels, and yoga backgrounds!

PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTION
 Individual or group sessions individually tailored to meet your needs.
For adults, children, and families with general or special needs.
$60-75 per hour

CORPORATE YOGA
 We can come to you!!  

We provide beginning and on-going classes of yoga.  
Classes range from very relaxing and meditative, to more physical and athletic.  
Our instructors will tailor material to fit the class's level and needs.
Classes are 6 or 8 weekly sessions and are 1 - 1 1/2 hours in duration.
Cost varies

HEALING YOGA
 Bring a new level of healing to your mat
Private individual instruction in which the instructor works with body's energy
while in yoga postures (asanas) using assisted stretching, applied energy
work to the muscular and skeletal system, chakra assessment and balancing,
and muscle testing to facilitate movement and promote needed healing.
Individualized routines are provided to each client
for continuation of an at-home practice.
$60 per hourly session
