ABOUT STRESSLESS KITS

These fun in-person projects were so loved by our troops in Omaha,
that we brought them together in one kit to make them available for all girl scout troops.

60 - 90 Minute Programs: Presentation & Activity with all Materials Included

   EVERYTHING YOU NEED ALL IN ONE KIT!
Choose from our four kits each of which
contain materials for 10 - 2000 girls.
Simply choose your kit and indicate the number of participants
(Example: Troop of 23 girls would be one kit for 23 participants)

Our programs are made up of three main sections:

INSTRUCTION: Our seminar on DVD as presented in front of a live troop, girls will learn about:
 
Massage Therapy (Massage Away the Stress)
Aromatherapy (Soak Away the Stress),
Yoga (Yoga Away the Stress)
Stress Reduction (Relax Away the Stress)

The history, where it came from, how it works, the benefits, who does it, what it does to the body, etc.  

EXPERIENCE: Step by step instructions and education presented on the DVD by Melanie. 

Massage: Learn massage techniques to do on themselves and partner techniques
Aromatherapy: Smell and learn the benefits of 12 different essential oils
Yoga: Take an age appropriate yoga class (daisies and brownies, or one for older girls)
Relaxation:  Learn several stress reduction and relaxation techniques

CRAFT: A handmade natural craft that girls can use or give as a gift.

Massage: Scented massage oils
Aromatherapy: Scented bath salts
Yoga: Lavender eye pillows
Relax: Decorated journals

Everything is conveniently included and can be disposed of after the class
