1. What you eat-eating more fruits and vegetables, eating more whole foods,
making healthier choices
2. What you drink-choosing more water (6 -8 glasses day) and less caffeine
and sugar
3. How you rest-making sure that you get a good night’s sleep and taking
breaks throughout the day to do nothing, relax
4. How you breathe-breathe deep in the belly, breathing is linked to our
emotions
5. How you exercise-make sure you stay active, do exercise for your body
AND your mind
6. What you think- whatever you think has the ability to weaken or
strengthen your body, think loving feelings and you will be stronger, think
negative feelings and you will be weaker
